As head of the personnel department at COREX, I am responsible for recruitment, development of personnel policies as well as defining objectives and directions. Together with the heads of departments, I take part in the advancement of internal policies that shape corporate culture. My duties also include assessing and improving employee moral and performance in conjunction with personal development and training programs.

At COREX I have developed personnel policies aimed at staff organization and employee development; resulting in increased productivity and personal development of the staff. My aim is to create an environment that enables employees to reach their fullest potential.

Business Development Assistant (Russia, Moscow)

Responsibilities:

  • Clients engagement through cold calls and teleconferences;
  • Preparation of commercial quotations and clinical logistics budgets;
  • Negotiations and face-to-face meetings with customers;
  • Preparation of marketing materials;
  • Management of corporate web-site and SMM;
  • Client database updating in CRM;

Requirements:

  • Completed higher education (economics/management/marketing specialization would be an asset);
  • Fluent knowledge of English;
  • Good MS Office working skills (formatting, summary tables, macroses);
  • Understanding of commerce and business operations;
  • Working experience in sales and marketing;

Logistics Manager (Russia, Moscow)
Tasks:
  • Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process;
  • Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example: shipping schedules, licences, declarations, packing, routing, transport and safety documentation;
  • Plan and manage overseas sales through distributors and other relevant sales outlets;
  • Negotiate contracts for sales/purchases and manage renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer/supplier relations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational, record retention, time management, decision making, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English language;
  • Focus on quality, precision, and punctual delivery of results;
  • Willing to perform additional activities outside own area of expertise;
  • Three years of industry experience (clinical trial experience is welcomed);

  • REQUIREMENTS:

    • University degree (preferably pharmacy degree)
    • At least 1-2 years of logistics experience (clinical trial experience is welcomed)
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Written and spoken English (intermediate level)
    • Focus on quality, precision, and punctual delivery of results
