Before joining COREX I have been working for International Network PR Agency, local advertising company and also for Consulting Agency which was providing vast range of accounting, legal and financial services for business. Across entire career in Finance I had successful completion of Due diligence, SOX testing, targeted audits.
Having experience in Finance over 15 years, my main functions at COREX are management of financial and legal functions of the company, building and maintaining an effective system of planning and budgeting, ensuring the achievement of established financial and quality indicators for all business units and overall and financial risk assessment for projects, clients, financial consulting.

I graduated from State Social Humanitarian University and later got additional education at State University of Management. Before joining COREX I worked in PPD CRO and Abbott Laboratories for five years, where I got experience in the peculiarities of quality assurance and control in the industry.
As the head of the Department, I conduct and participate in internal audits and prepare the company for external inspections and audits. My duties include consistent documentary and personal audits of our new and current vendors in order to assure that COREX cooperates with the most reliable outsourcing partners. I graduated from the Tula State University with a master's degree in Software Engineering and Automated Systems in 2006. I began working in the field of IT technology in 2000 and have been in clinical research for nine years. During this time I acquired the skills to work with different platforms and information systems, databases and cloud technologies. Fortunately, when working in IT technologies, education never ends.
As an IT manager, I organize the work of the IT department, introduce new technologies and information systems in the company and automate business processes. I am responsible for information security, data integrity and IT system performance. I also participate in the development of policies, procedures, instructions and trainings related to information technologies used in the company.
Under my guidance, systems of video and audio conferencing have been implemented, as well as an e-learning platform and numerous other safety protocols and procedures. Within the IT department we have organized schemes of backup, archives and restoring data and have completed our transition to full cloud-based IT solutions.

As head of the personnel department at COREX, I am responsible for recruitment, development of personnel policies as well as defining objectives and directions. Together with the heads of departments, I take part in the advancement of internal policies that shape corporate culture. My duties also include assessing and improving employee moral and performance in conjunction with personal development and training programs.

In 2006 I defended my experimental graduation thesis at IP RAS, physiological psychology chair. I have been worked in clinical trial logistics since 2008. I have experience in customs logistics, project launching and regulatory support based on more than 70 clinical research Pfizer programs.
Since 2014 I had been working in international logistics of Janssen commercial supplies, combining medicinal products distribution tasks and production quality assessment in Russia and CIS.
At COREX I am engaged in clinical trials protocols logging in terms of warehouse logistics, procurement, distribution and financial reporting. The main task is the implementation of all the project details according to clients’ and pharmaceutical market requirements.
