HR Director
We invite you to participate in the interview for the position of HR Director.

We appreciate:

Continuous personal and professional development in the field of HR, labor legislation and labor protection

We expect:

3+ years of experience in a similar role
Degree in HR or Humanities
Fluent English

Your responsibilities:

Driving collaboration among multiple business units and HR function
Being involved in a variety of project work that crosses all the disciplines of HR throughout the employee life cycle
Coaching managers on individual and team issues
Supporting Business Units and Corporate HR strategies
Partnering with other teams/ departments to deliver the highest level of service to our clients
Developing site-specific HR strategies to respond to changing business needs
Collaborating with managers for performance reviews
Partnering with managers to ensure consistent decisions are made
Handling employee relations issues
Leveraging data from multiple sources to drive behavior, allocate resources and effectively improve performance
