Payroll Accountant (RUSSIA, MOSCOW)
We invite you to take part in the competition for filling the vacancy of a Payroll Accountant

  • Relevant education

Your tasks:

  • Payroll processing for all types of charges: (about 350 people). Preparation of electronic documents for compensation payments and reimbursements to employees
  • Payroll civil and material contracts
  • Receipt and control of leaves of temporary disability and other documents of absence confirmation of employees
  • Management of payroll projects with authorized banks including assistance with employee accounts opening
  • Submission of payroll and related tax reports to authorities: tax authorities, Pension Fund, Social Security Fund and Federal Statistics
  • Reconciliation with Funds, IFTS;
  • Payroll consultancy
  • Preparation of information and documents at employees’ requests (income letters, tax statements, payslips, etc)
  • Other related tasks

  • Working experience in a similar position with the corresponding job responsibilities – min. 2 years;
  • Working experience in pharmaceutical, logistics, distribution and transportation companies is a significant advantage;
  • Level of English – not lower than Intermediate;
  • Profound skills of business correspondence;
  • Written and oral literacy;
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office, Consultant+);

Your tasks:

  • Holding contract work in the company (preparing agreements, addendum, , specifications, obtaining approvals of legal documents inside the company, organization and arrangement of signing documents, holding registers, documents workflow);
  • Contract work (80-90%) based on the drafts, approved and acting in the company;
  • Preparing letters and claims, connected with contract work;
  • Participation in negotiations with the Clients and the Vendors of the company, discussing and approving legal documents (if necessary);
  • Checking drafts of the contracts (received from counterparties – company’s vendors) on their correspondence to the acting legislation and Company’s interests, legal expertise, inserting corrections;
  • Organization and arrangement of electronic storage of legal documents;
  • Consulting Company’s employees regarding the issues within legal competence;
  • Preparation and registering powers of attorney;
  • Execution of Company’s KPIs
