HR Business Partner
Role: HR Business Partner

COREX Logistics is looking for an experienced HR leader with a strong track record in creating and implementing policies that ensure the best environment for business growth and staff engagement in a fast-developing company. You will be passionate about people and helping them to professionally develop within the company so that they can deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Your main responsibilities:

Corporate culture:
  • Assist the COREX Logistics Management Team in the creation and implementation of a Culture of Excellence:
  • Identify OKRs and KPIs for different departments in collaboration with the management team and heads of departments;
  • Design and implement effective performance review programs;
  • Update and develop existing incentive and motivation schemes and programs
    • Implement COREX Logistics brand strategy in relation to HR functions, both external (candidate-focused) and internal (staff-centered).

    Competence management and HR policy:
    • Establish and implement a policy and process for assessing and evaluating staff roles and competencies across all levels of the company.
    • Design, implement and manage HR policies and programs aimed at creating an efficient and collaborative workspace.

    Training and Development:
    • Design, implement and manage company-wide training and development programs.

    • Design, implement and manage recruitment policy and processes to ensure COREX Logistics attracts and retains the very best talent.
    • Identify staffing needs, drive and manage full recruitment cycle.

    Compensation and benefits:
    • Design and implement C&B policy in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

    Health and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance of COREX Logistics global offices with local laws and regulations.

    Essential requirements:
    • 3 + years of proven and relevant experience in an international company (preferably in logistics);
    • Proven experience in design and successful implementation of KPIs and HR Policies;
    • Upper-intermediate verbal and written English essential;
    • Proficient user of MS Suite;
    • Minimum of BSc/ BA Human Resources, Psychology or Sociology.

    • Excellent decision making, multitasking and creative problem-solving skills;
    • Superior interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Strong can-do attitude;
    • Focus on quality, precision, and punctual delivery of results.
