COREX KAZAKHSTAN received a license to carry out pharmaceutical activities

In March 2022, COREX KAZAKHSTAN obtained a license to carry out pharmaceutical activities. The permit will allow us to independently, without involving third parties, provide the full range of services. It means purchasing and importing drugs and unregistered medical devices for clinical trials, storage of goods in our own logistics hub, customs clearance service.

COREX Logistics entered the Kazakhstan market in June 2021, and in the autumn of the same year, we opened our warehouse in the Republic. In Kazakhstan, we are represented by a legal entity COREX KAZAKHSTAN, a country resident. Thanks to this status, we have the opportunity to work with both local and international partners.

“Due to the tense geopolitical situation, the logistics industry has faced severe issues: part of the international logistics routes in the Russian Federation is subject to sanctions,” comments Natalya Andrievskaya, head of Kazakhstan office. “Clinical research also faced some difficulties: now, Russia is considered a site for conducting clinical trials decreasingly. One of the alternative options is the Republic of Kazakhstan in the current situation. We are confident that our partners will be able to assess the prospects for conducting research in the Central Asian region. And the COREX team will provide flexible logistics solutions for them.”
